Returns:

RWDYwear Private Limited, operating under the brand "RWDY," reserves the right to determine the eligibility of products for return or exchange. Returns for manufacturing defects are accepted. Size, quality, or similar concerns will be evaluated by our Customer Service executive.

Returns Pick-Up & Processing:

RWDY doesn't arrange for pick up. Customers need to courier the product to RWDY's address. No refunds will be made but you can redeem the coins post the return.

Refunds (If Applicable):

Refunds are processed upon approval of the returned product. The refund amount is at the Seller's discretion, communicated to the Purchaser before processing. Late or missing refunds should be reported promptly. Contact hey@RWDY.in for further refund-related queries.

Sale of Products on Offers/Discounts:

Products purchased during a sale are non-refundable or returnable unless defective or damaged.

Exchanges (If Applicable):

Defective or damaged items may be replaced, subject to Seller verification. Replacement is provided at no additional cost, and if not feasible, a refund is processed. Exchange requests can be sent to hey@rwdy.in.

Shipping:
