FAQ's

Hyderabad (all 500xxx pincodes): order before 5 pm and we deliver the next day; orders after 5 pm arrive within 48 hours. Rest of India: delivered in 3 to 5 days. We deliver 7 days a week, except public holidays. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode. You get tracking on email and WhatsApp the moment it leaves us.

Pay the full amount online by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet — or choose Partial COD on orders up to ₹5,999: pay ₹299 now and the rest in cash when your parcel arrives. Above ₹5,999, pay in full online. The ₹299 is not an extra charge, it comes off your order total. It covers what we have already spent getting the parcel to your door — picking, packing and courier both ways — so it is not returned if the parcel is refused at delivery. Accept it and change your mind? Exchange or return within 7 days and we arrange the pickup.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and carry all original tags. Email hey@rwdy.in with your order number and we arrange a pickup within 48 hours — you don't pay return shipping. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days. On Partial COD orders the ₹299 paid online goes back the same way, and the part paid in cash is refunded as store credit. Reduced-price and Sale items are final — anything bought below its original price cannot be returned or exchanged, including for a different size, so please check the size guide before ordering. Bundle savings and offer codes don't affect returns on full-price pieces. Accessories (caps, mugs) can't be returned either. Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it at no cost, whatever you paid.

Tees, hoodies and sweatshirts are cut oversized with dropped shoulders — true to size for that look, size down if you want it closer. Shirts, jeans, trousers and kurtas are regular fit: order your usual size. Every product page carries the fit note for that specific piece, plus the size guide for that style with exact garment measurements in inches and cm.
