Paste the tracking number we sent you on WhatsApp and we’ll take you straight to live tracking — scan history, current location and estimated delivery date.
Don’t have the number?
We send it on WhatsApp to the number you ordered with, from +91 91210 22336, as soon as your parcel is picked up. Message us and we’ll send it again.
Other ways to check
- Your order confirmation email. The “View your order” link in it shows the latest status, including tracking once the parcel is picked up.
- Your account. If you signed in when ordering, your orders are under Account.
When to expect it
Orders leave us within 24–48 hours and usually arrive in 3–5 business days. The tracking number only exists once the parcel is actually picked up, so if you ordered today it may not be live yet. If it has been more than 48 hours, message us on WhatsApp or email hey@rwdy.in with your order number.
Something wrong with your order?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags intact, and we arrange the pickup — see Returns & Exchanges. If your parcel arrived damaged or the item is wrong, email hey@rwdy.in within 48 hours with photographs and we’ll replace it at no cost.
