Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unwashed and still carry all original tags, in their original packaging.

Sale and Reduced-Price Items Are Final

Anything bought below its original price cannot be returned or exchanged, including for a different size. This covers everything in the Sale collection and any item showing a reduced or struck-through price. Please use the size guide before ordering these pieces.

Offer codes and bundle savings are different: a full-price piece bought with Bundle & Save, a pair offer or a welcome code keeps its full 7-day return window.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Sale and reduced-price items
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Worn, washed or altered items
  • Accessories such as caps and mugs

How to Return

Email hey@rwdy.in with your order number and the reason for the return. We arrange a pickup within 48 hours. You do not pay return shipping.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. On Partial COD orders the ₹299 paid online is returned the same way, and the part paid in cash on delivery is refunded as store credit.

If You Refuse the Parcel

The ₹299 paid when you place a Partial COD order is not returned if the parcel is refused at delivery. It covers picking, packing and the courier in both directions, which we have already paid by the time the parcel reaches you. Accept the parcel and you keep the full 7-day return window above, with a free pickup.

Exchanges

Email hey@rwdy.in for a size exchange on full-price items. We prioritise replacements wherever the size you want is in stock. Sale and reduced-price items cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. This applies whatever you paid — a faulty or wrong item is always put right, Sale items included.
