Shipping Policy
We ship pan-India from Hyderabad. Every RWDY order is packed with care.
Delivery Timelines
- Hyderabad (all 500xxx pincodes): order before 5:00 pm and we deliver the next day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm are delivered within 48 hours.
- Rest of India: delivered in 3 to 5 days.
We deliver 7 days a week. There are no deliveries on public holidays; an order due on a holiday arrives the next day.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Order Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email and WhatsApp once your order ships. You can also track it at rwdy.in/pages/track.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges apply. Please make sure your address and phone number are accurate at checkout.
How to Pay
You can pay the full amount online by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet. You can also choose Partial COD: pay ₹299 when you place the order and the balance in cash when your parcel arrives. The ₹299 is not an extra charge — it comes off your order total. It covers picking, packing and the courier in both directions, which we have already paid by the time the parcel reaches you, so it is not returned if the parcel is refused at delivery.
Full cash on delivery is not available.
