We want you to love what you wear. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with all original tags attached.
What Can Be Returned
- Unworn, unwashed items in original packaging with tags intact
- Full-price and discounted items (excluding Final Sale)
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Accessories (caps, mugs)
How to Return
Email hey@rwdy.in with your order number and reason. We'll arrange a pickup within 48 hours.
Refunds
Processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders receive store credit.
Exchanges
Email hey@rwdy.in for size exchanges. We prioritise replacements.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Email us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
